Warranty Claim

  • All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of delivery.
  • To claim a warranty, you need to send the material to our factory, and both-way transportation costs must be borne by you.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping options include Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping, depending on the availability of logistics.
  • Standard delivery times are 8-15 business days. Delivery times may change based on product availability, stock, and logistics.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and may vary depending on location.

Returns and Refunds

  • The company does not have a refund policy. However, in certain conditions, if you wish to cancel the order for any reason, a 15% deduction will be applicable and the remaining amount will be paid back within 45 working days.
  • All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of delivery.
  • To claim a warranty, you need to send the material to our factory, and both-way transportation costs must be borne by you.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of purchase only for manufacturing defects.
  • Exchanges are not accepted for customized products.
  • No-return policy.
