We are looking for a Field Sales cum Telesales Executive
with prior healthcare industry experience who can generate leads,
connect with doctors, and convert opportunities into business.


Role Objective

To generate qualified leads through telecalling and convert
them through doctor visits, hospital meetings, and dealer networking across
Maharashtra
.


Key Responsibilities

1) Lead Generation & Telesales

  • Daily telecalling to doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and
    distributors
  • Generate fresh leads through calls, referrals, and data research
  • Follow up on inquiries and dormant leads
  • Maintain lead status in CRM / Excel / WhatsApp tracker

2) Field Sales & Doctor Meetings

  • Visit doctors, hospital owners, administrators, and distributors across
    Maharashtra
  • Present Procare products and solutions
  • Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable products
  • Build strong doctor relationships for repeat business
  • Conduct product demos and follow-up meetings

3) Market Development

  • Identify new districts, hospitals, and channel partners
  • Develop references through doctors and existing clients
  • Gather competitor intelligence and pricing insights
  • Report doctor feedback and market demand trends

4) Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal telesales and quotation team
  • Ensure timely follow-up after quotation
  • Support payment collection follow-up where required

Candidate Requirements

  • 2–5 years sales experience in healthcare / hospital / pharma / medical devices / hospital furniture
  • Strong experience in doctor meetings
  • Good telecalling and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with extensive travel across Maharashtra
  • Must own personal bike
  • Must have personal laptop
  • Good communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused

Assets Required

  • Personal Bike (mandatory)
  • Personal Laptop (mandatory)
  • Laptop rent reimbursement will be provided by company
  • Fuel/ travel reimbursement as per policy

Salary Structure

  • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000
  • Incentive: Lead generation + meetings + closures
  • Bike fuel reimbursement
  • Laptop rent reimbursement
  • Travel allowance for Maharashtra visits

KPI / Targets

  • Minimum 50 telecalls per day
  • 5–7 doctor meetings per week
  • 30 qualified leads per month
  • Minimum ₹10–15 lakh sales pipeline creation per month

Sales & Client Relationship Executive

Location: As per company requirement
CTC:  20,000/month + Incentives + Annual Bonus (8.33%)
Role Objective:
To drive sales, manage client relationships, ensure payment follow-ups, and handle post-sales complaints efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Client Acquisition – Visit clients, convert leads, build relationships.
2. Complaint Handling – Manage client complaints and coordinate internally.
3. Payment Follow-up – Ensure timely collections.
4. Coordination & Reporting – Daily reporting and internal follow-ups.
5. Team Support – Assist team and improve sales process.

Experience:

1–4 years in Sales / Client Handling (Healthcare preferred but not mandatory)
