General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Shipping Locations
- We ship to various locations within India. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
- The doorstep delivery charges may be applicable.
- The delivery of the product in some locations depends on the availability of the logistics.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: You have to pay 100% Advance for the delivery, Delivery within 8-15 business days after receiving 100% of the order amount.
- Delivery time- Please note that delivery times may vary based on product availability, stock, and logistics.
- If you have booked door delivery, the delivery will only be made to the ground floor. Otherwise, you will need to collect the items from our delivery partner’s warehouse.
- The company will not be responsible for any transport damages or issues during transportation. You will need to contact the delivery partner directly for any such concerns.
- Transportation, Installation, Packing, and unloading charges will be extra
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.
- Shipping charges may vary depending on the location and shipping method selected.
Packaging Charges
In addition to shipping charges, a packaging fee may apply to cover the cost of materials and labor associated with safely packaging your order.

Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 8-15 business days after receiving the order amount.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email or message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Procare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Procare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
